“Hot Lizzy” - our smoker in the beer garden

Innkeeper Otmar prepares the most delicious and juiciest spareribs in our smoker. The meat comes from the alp ox from Styria and is smoked for three hours, thereafter steamed for two hours in a mixture of Augustiner Maibock beer, apple juice and a shot of "Smoky Goat" whisky and finally grilled with the special Post Whisky BBQ Sauce.

There are fresh spareribs from our smoker every evening.
